Job summary

Fury Motors Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to inspect damaged vehicles, determine repair scope, and prepare accurate estimates that comply with OEM procedures and insurer guidelines.

You will work closely with technicians, painters, parts, and the Body Shop Manager to keep cycle times short and customer satisfaction high. Full-time role with competitive pay based on experience.

Experience with CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of body shop estimating or collision repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures and insurance estimating practices.
• Experience with CCC, Mitchell, Audatex or similar estimating platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and determine repair scope.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates using approved systems.
• Coordinate with customers, insurers, and shop staff.
• Document damage with photos and notes for audits.
• Monitor progress and adjust estimates as needed.
