Job summary

Lake Automotive Group in southeastern Wisconsin seeks a customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator to guide customers through the repair process alongside top insurance carriers and an experienced team. Ideal candidates have 1+ years estimating experience; CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex familiarity is helpful.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of estimating experience.
• Experience with CCC One, Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is preferred.
• Detail oriented and career minded.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Preparing & presenting estimates to customers and insurance carriers.
• Verifying parts availability, accuracy and delivery timelines.
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and agents.
