Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Porter to keep customer vehicles clean before delivery and to maintain clean shop and office facilities in Lake Charles, LA. You will help pre-wash vehicles, tidy production areas, and support ground maintenance under the WOW plan.

You will also transport vehicles to sublet locations and assist with post-repair cleanup. Valid driver’s license and a good eye for details are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean interior of shop and production areas daily.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat condition.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
• Assist with vehicle exterior and interior cleanup after repairs.
