Direct Collision Center is seeking a meticulous Parts Counterperson to help keep the collision repair workflow smooth by ensuring the right parts are ordered, received, and available when needed. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and collaboration with the Parts Manager and technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience or knowledge of collision repair parts.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer proficiency and basic software familiarity; CCC ONE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ordering, receiving, verifying, and tracking automotive parts throughout the collision repair process.
• Ensure parts are accurate and available to support timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
• Maintain organized parts inventory and accurate documentation.
• Work closely with the Parts Manager, technicians, and collision center team to coordinate parts needs.
• Utilize inventory management systems, including CCC ONE, to track parts and maintain records.
• Assist in maintaining department efficiency and gross profit margins.
• Follow established procedures for parts handling, returns, and inventory management.
