Job summary

Leesburg Collision Center is seeking an initiative-taking, meticulous parts counter person to join our team in Leesburg, VA. Body shop experience is a plus, but retail or dealership parts department experience will qualify.

Responsibilities include ordering and stocking parts, updating inventory in our parts software, and coordinating with technicians to determine parts needs for ongoing jobs. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable work schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of parts counter experience (preferred).
• Organizational and computer skills are necessary.
• Work in partnership with technicians and management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technicians to figure out parts requirements for current jobs.
• Order, receive, and stock parts, and process part returns.
• Keep the parts software database updated with inventory levels of available parts.
• Inform shop technicians of parts availability
