Job summary

Toyota West Mobile is seeking a Parts Counterperson to join its team in Mobile, AL. You will receive and process parts orders, promote related parts, manage inventory, and assist internal and external customers with backorder updates.

Prior automotive parts experience is a plus but not required. A clean driving record and strong communication skills are essential for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Summary

The Parts Coordinator ,will amplify the sale of parts for the Collision Centerwhile providing excellent customer satisfaction as being the primary contact between the parts department and all internal departments and/or customers, retail customers and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders for parts.
• Promote additional sales of related parts and/or accessories.
• Inventory control and maintain shelf stock.
