Job Summary

Service Center: Wayne

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1.
• Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills for internal and external customers.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
