Job Description

The General Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience while overseeing daily operations of the Collision Center in accordance with company policies. This role involves planning and managing operations to meet KPIs and insurance metrics, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Manage annual and monthly budgets.
• Forecast and monitor sales, profit, and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair facility.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all shop equipment.
• Provide staff training and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and production meetings.
• Oversee estimates and manage repair capacity.
• Lead and develop the repair team.
• Conduct safety and staff meetings, and participate in leadership meetings.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction scores within 24 hours.

Education and Experience

• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in collision repair or similar environment.

Skills and Abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivational leadership and coaching ability.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 per year + bonus
