Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Monitor shop equipment maintenance, including the paint booth.
• Provide staff training as necessary.
• Ensure staff wear safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Coordinate daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage estimates to ensure labor mix within standards.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
• Follow up on CSI performance within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.

• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint booth.
• Provide training for all staff as necessary.
• Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.
• Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards.
• Manage store capacity.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.
• Review and follow up on store CSI performance within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Post‑Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Consistently demonstrate a successful client experience.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.

Compensation

$70,000 – $95,000 per year, commensurate with skill, education and experience. Supplemental pay may be eligible for bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
