Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities include recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing previous month's metrics to identify opportunities and trends. The manager must ensure vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, adhering to Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of collision management experience
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
  • Prior experience with CCC1
  • Comprehensive knowledge of repair processes and procedures
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs
