Job Summary

Location: Allen

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager. This role involves overseeing the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Responsibilities also include recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs meet safety, quality, and profitability standards in line with SOP, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of collision management experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
  • Experience with CCC1.
  • Knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
