Service Center
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager. This role involves overseeing the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review past metrics to identify opportunities and trends. They will ensure that vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, adhering to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance standards, and industry guidelines.
