Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for the overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, following Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Provide personable customer service
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, lifting over 50 lbs.
