Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks an experienced Collision Estimator at its Wellington, FL service center. You will write vehicle repair estimates, conduct process reviews and manage paperwork from check-in to delivery, including final invoices and total-loss administration.

You will provide timely status updates to customers, ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience while leveraging available professional training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Adhere to safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
