Caliber Collision’s Service Center Palm Coast is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to perform estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork for delivery. You will also handle total loss admin and post-repair communications with customers, while following Caliber safety rules.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid license, and their MVPD license, plus strong sales orientation and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates for customer vehicles and document the repair scope.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide ongoing vehicle status updates to customers in line with Caliber standards.
• Adhere to all safety rules and company guidelines.
