Caliber Collision in Ocala, FL is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle status from intake to delivery. The role includes final paperwork, DRP/final invoices, and total loss administration while communicating repair plans to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair status updates to customers
• Communicate repair plan to customers and ensure compliance with safety rules
