Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the main contact from vehicle drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, coordinate with insurance partners, and keep clients updated on repair progress.

Ideal candidates have collision estimating experience and familiarity with CCC1 or Mitchell systems, with a strong emphasis on communication and service quality. Equal opportunity employer offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred
• DRP experience with Progressive preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
