Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in North St Paul, MN to write estimates, review processes, check-in customer vehicles, and finalize all paperwork for vehicle delivery. You will manage total loss administration and provide post-repair updates while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Compensation includes a $65,000–$75,000 base plus commission per year, with benefits starting day one and opportunities for training and growth within the Caliber family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License (MN licensing as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair and document findings.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
