Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening in Brainerd, MN for a Collision Estimator. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork including DRP and final invoices. You’ll also manage total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete DRP & final invoice.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers.
• Follow Caliber safety rules and company standards.
