Job summary

Caliber Collision Beverly Hills is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, processing reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery. The role supports DRP and total loss administration, and provides post-repair plan updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years estimating experience and a strong sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates, conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication with customers.
• Give vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.
