Job summary

Caliber Collision in Costa Mesa is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake. You will finalize DRP, complete the final invoice, and communicate post repair plans while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role offers pay with an annual range of $50,000–$110,000 plus 4%–4.5% commission and benefits from day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with weekly pay and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
