Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and vehicle intake. You will handle final customer paperwork, DRP and final invoices, and coordinate post-repair communications to customers while adhering to safety guidelines and company standards.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and verify workflows.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Finalize total loss administration and customer communications for post-repair plans.
