Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hawthorne, CA is looking for a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork for delivery, DRP, and total loss administration.

The role includes providing post repair updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards. 2+ years of estimating experience plus a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and capture accurate data.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
