Job summary

Caliber Collision in Spokane Valley is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform comprehensive estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and total loss administration. You will provide post-repair status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Write estimates, conduct process reviews, and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
