Job summary

Caliber Collision in Bonner Springs is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork before delivery. You will handle total loss admin and provide post-repair status updates to customers while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for collision repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards throughout the process.
