Job summary

Caliber Collision in Pasco, WA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating tasks, process reviews, vehicle intake, and finalize paperwork for delivery. The role includes total loss administration and communicating repair plans with customers, while adhering to Caliber safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers in compliance with safety rules.
