Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years estimating experience.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Experience with auto body estimating processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic projects shaping company direction.
• Meet with adjusters and maintain insurance/DRP relationships.
• Write and administer direct repair orders.
• Prepare final billing for completed repairs.
• Prepare estimates in a timely manner and write competitive estimates.
• Monitor work in process repairs and order parts as needed.
