Job summary

Caliber Collision Service Center New Holland is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair processes, check in vehicles, and prepare final paperwork for delivery. You will provide post-repair plan updates to customers and communicate status while upholding safety rules and company standards.

You will earn up to $65k–$75k per year plus commission and bonus; benefits include medical, dental and vision, and ongoing I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates and assess collision damage.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accurate documentation.
• Check in customer vehicles and coordinate with team.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
