Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at our Lancaster, PA service center. You will write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork prior to delivery while adhering to safety rules and Caliber standards.

This role offers $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus commissions and bonuses, with weekly pay. Benefits start day one (medical, dental and vision), paid vacation, holidays, and opportunities for career growth through

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and invoicing
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards
