Job summary

Caliber Collision in Chicago is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans, check in customer vehicles, complete final paperwork prior to delivery, and finalize total loss administration while keeping customers informed of status.

This role offers up to $60K-$68K salary plus commission, with weekly pay, benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision), paid vacation, and ongoing I-CAR training. Caliber promotes from within and supports career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and review repair plans.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate vehicle status to customers.
