Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to use CCC1 or similar estimating software.
• Strong understanding of the repair process and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication with vehicle status updates to customers.
