Job summary

Crash Champions in San Jose, CA is seeking a skilled estimator to educate customers, prepare estimates, and guide repairs from intake to completion. This full-time role offers exposure to CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex in a fast-paced environment.

You will keep customers informed, coordinate with body technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met while closing the repair order. Compensation ranges are posted and incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Customer service and organization are essential for guiding repairs.
• Experience dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance steps, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, then final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via QC.
• Keep customers informed and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning tasks.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle paperwork, and address exceptions for carriers.
