Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator. You will write estimates, process DRP and final invoices, and communicate repair plans to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Located in El Paso, TX, the role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with CCC1 or similar software. Sales experience is a plus as you contribute to growth and customer satisfaction.
