Job summary

Caliber Collision in El Paso, TX is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes and manage vehicle intake through final paperwork and invoicing. The role requires knowledge of repair procedures, CCC1 or similar estimating software, and a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Strong sales orientation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair plan communication.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
