Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Rolla to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and documentation. You will handle final invoicing, total loss administration, and keep customers informed of status throughout repairs.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an MVPD appraiser license. CCC1 knowledge and sales orientation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication with customers.
