Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time experienced Customer Service Manager for our Cloquet shop. Join a family-owned leader in collision repair, with a strong focus on customer care and growth opportunities. Hours are Mon–Fri, with no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role emphasizes accurate estimating, DRP compliance, and selling skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive team performance.

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility is preferred.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills. Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• ICAR training preferred
