Qualificações

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; 2–3 years in collision or related experience.
• Minimum of one year in retail automotive service.
• Manufacturer training and estimating systems experience (CCC, Rome, Reynolds).
• Certification/credentials in collision estimating preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and appraise vehicle damage.
• Estimate repair or replacement costs.
• Communicate estimates and options with insurers, dealership personnel, and customers.
