Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Toledo to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and keep customers updated on repair status.

The role requires CCC1 or similar estimating software, a sales orientation, and a valid driver’s license with eligibility for company insurance. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• : 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• : Must be 21 years of age or older.
• : Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete DRP/final invoicing.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while following safety rules and company standards.
