Zusammenfassung

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Toledo service center on W Central Ave. You will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork before delivery, including DRP and final invoices, while upholding safety and company standards.

You’ll finalize total loss administration, provide post-repair updates to customers, and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and sales orientation.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Aufgaben

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan updates to customers.
