Job summary

Caliber Collision Ladson is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, perform process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and finalize all paperwork before delivery. The role includes total loss administration and ongoing updates to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid license, and a Motor Vehicle PIP license, with strong knowledge of repair procedures and a sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and supervise status updates.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans.
