Job summary

Caliber Collision in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check-in customer vehicles, and finalize all required paperwork before delivery. You will manage DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration while keeping customers updated with post-repair status communications.

You will interact with customers, ensure safety standards, and support a fast-paced repair environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
