Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and in-take of customer vehicles. You will finalize paperwork and total loss administration, while delivering timely vehicle status updates to customers in compliance with Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role emphasizes sales orientation, understanding repair processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision work
• Conduct process reviews to ensure quality and efficiency
• Check in customer vehicles and document status
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration
• Provide post-repair plan communication with customers and status updates while complying with safety rules and company standards
