UNIBODY Autotech Collision Centers is seeking a sharp Collision Estimator for our high-volume shop in Honolulu. You’ll write complete, accurate estimates using CCC ONE, identify hidden damage, and drive supplements while coordinating with insurance companies and our production team to ensure precise repairs.

We require 2+ years of collision estimating experience, strong CCC ONE skills, and a confident, professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Write and manage estimates using CCC ONE.
• Identify hidden damage and UPD (prior damage).
• Handle insurance communication and approvals.
• Drive supplements and maximize repair accuracy.
• Educate customers on proper repairs (not insurance shortcuts).
• Work closely with production to ensure no missed operations.

• Write complete, accurate estimates
• Capture missed damage & supplements
• Push back on insurance companies
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience

What You’ll Do

• Write and manage estimates using CCC ONE
• Identify hidden damage + UPD (prior damage)
• Handle insurance communication & approvals
• Drive supplements and maximize repair accuracy
• Educate customers on proper repairs (not insurance shortcuts)
• Work closely with production to ensure no missed operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years collision estimating experience
• Strong with CCC ONE + insurance negotiations
• Knows how to find labor, not miss it
• Confident, professional, and not afraid to stand your ground
• Bonus if you understand EV / Tesla / ADAS repairs
