Job summary

Caliber Collision in Mays Landing is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork prior to delivery.

This role involves communicating status updates to customers, finishing total loss administration, and ensuring compliance with Caliber safety rules. The estimator will join a growing nationwide team focused on restoring the rhythm of customers’ lives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to perform physical activity as required in a shop environment including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
