The role includes total loss administration and active communication with customers about vehicle status, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Requirements include 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Competenze

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Mansioni

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
