Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator responsible for writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and preparing final paperwork before delivery. The role includes total loss administration and clear post-repair updates to customers, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a MVA license, with a strong sales orientation to support customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
