Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Santa Fe, FL to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork for customers. You will communicate repair plans and vehicle status, ensuring adherence to safety rules and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a P.D. Appraisers License, with strong sales orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communications and vehicle status updates to customers.
