Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Madison, TN service center. This role involves writing estimates, reviewing repair processes, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery.

You will also handle total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
