Caliber Collision in Cascade, MI is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and customer communication up to delivery. You will manage paperwork, DRP, and final invoices while upholding safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and finalize DRP/invoice.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle check-in.
• Provide post-repair status updates and customer communication.
