Job summary

Caliber Collision Canton OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle check-in, and final paperwork before delivery. The role includes total loss administration and post-repair communications to customers while complying with safety rules and company standards.

The estimator will provide updates on vehicle status and work with a team to ensure quality service, with opportunities for growth in a nationwide auto collision provider network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plans to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
